Guess Failed To Deliver My Order And Won't Refund My Money For Over A Month

On March 28th, I placed an order with Guess.eu for a pair of shoes with a total cost of 2,500 TL, and I paid for them using iyzico. I was just thinking all was in order when I realized, they never updated the purchase to preparing. My transaction was never fulfilled, and when I called customer support, they informed me that the payment will be reimbursed to my bank account within ten days, even though the product was never delivered. It's been more than a month, and I still haven't gotten the money!! I have been in continuous contact with the customer support department, but it does not appear that anything has changed. This is not acceptable, and I require action right now! I don't deserve this!!
