They assured me that orders would come from suppliers, and they would collect their commission from the suppliers. Initially, I received small orders. When I asked Groupon's Instagram about it, they confirmed such an application exists. Unfortunately, now $4000 is stuck there using customer information. Initially, when the amount started increasing, I contacted the Cyber Crimes Unit of the Ordu Police Department, but they said they couldn't provide information on such matters. I've lodged complaints, but despite their website and WhatsApp contact being active, they insist they can only release my money if I deposit $500 more. Even though I mentioned having cancer and a muscle disease, I couldn't find anyone to help. The Police Department couldn't do anything either, saying they had no results. Their website is still active, and my money is still stuck under the Groupon logo. I don't know what to do now. When I ask Groupon, they say it's not their concern. I feel deceived and lost.
