Groupama Insurance Does Not Cover Automobile Accident Costs
In Turkey, the Groupama insurance company is the poorest of the insurance companies. They claim to provide insurance for vehicles and other items, but when it comes to fulfilling their obligations, they act like a corporation doing everything possible to avoid them. We obtained our insurance from the dealership where we purchased our vehicle. However, when we were in a car accident, they completely ignored our statement and launched an investigation. They dispatched an investigator as if we were criminals. The case is still unresolved, and there have been no updates. You may believe the car is totaled, but it only has 40,000 tl to 50,000 tl in damages. They're attempting to intimidate us into not paying for it. Sending an investigator to question us in the manner of a police officer? Who gives them the authority to threaten us? You are an insurance company, you take money from me, and when there is a claim, you do everything possible to avoid fulfilling your obligations. Either this is a terrible company or they run their business in this manner.
