Concerning Groupama Insurance's Supplemental Health Coverage

I have been taking out supplementary health insurance for my son through Groupama for 3 years. I did the same this Christmas. Last week, I made an appointment with Dünyagöz Hospital on Saturday. During the appointment, they stated that the patient appeared to be insured, but there would be a 250₺ difference. When I went to the hospital, the insurance record did not appear in the query made by Groupama. Meanwhile, I tried to make a phone call with Groupama, of course, with no results. For this reason, I paid the inspection fee of 1900₺ myself. Then, after the application I made with epicrisis documents and invoice, they deposited only 650 TL into my account. I request that the missing amount be paid to me.
