Mapfre Insurance Keeps Delaying My Claim and Ignores All My Follow Ups

Mapfre Insurance is the worst insurance company in Türkiye—they keep extending the process without giving any clear answers. No one contacts you, and they don’t even bother to call back. Unfortunately, this company shows no interest in resolving issues. I’ve spoken to multiple representatives, but each time I’m told something different, and nothing gets done. It feels like they’re just trying to wear people down until they give up. Despite my many calls and complaints, I still haven’t received any results. I strongly advise staying away from this company, or you’ll regret it. They’ll make you suffer through delays and silence without offering any real support.
