Green Motion Refused to Give Me the Rental Car After Booking at a Low Price

20Green Motion offers lower prices than other companies to attract customers, but when you arrive at their office, they come up with a false excuse and say they can’t proceed with the car rental, leaving you in a difficult situation. They have done this to many people, including myself, and I can’t understand what their purpose is in doing this. I had all my documents in order and met every requirement, yet they still refused to give me the car. There was no proper explanation or alternative offered—they simply turned me away. It felt like a deliberate tactic to push customers toward more expensive last-minute options with other companies.
