Why Are My Gratis Products Still Not Prepared?




I placed an order with Gratis on the 8th of the month, and the status still shows as "preparing." Why does it take so long to prepare an order? If you don't have the items in stock, why are you accepting orders? I want my order canceled and a refund issued. I expect to be contacted regarding this matter. I request the cancellation and refund for all three of my orders.
