I Can’t Cancel My Gratis Order—System Keeps Giving Errors Despite Not Yet Shipped

I placed an order on Gratis on May 9, but after reading negative reviews about the hair dye I purchased, I decided I wanted to cancel it. The order hasn’t even been prepared or shipped yet, so it should be easy to cancel.

However, every time I try to cancel it through the system, I get an error message. I’ve tried multiple times, but the issue still isn’t resolved. It’s frustrating to deal with such a basic technical problem on a platform that should prioritize user control and flexibility.

I’m requesting that my order be canceled immediately. Please don’t process or ship it. It’s unacceptable that the cancel option doesn’t work and customers are left stuck with unwanted purchases. Fix this process and give people a proper cancellation function.
