Gratis System Error Denied Discount


Yesterday, I tried to take advantage of the amazing 75% off sale on Gratis' website, but unfortunately, the system glitched and I couldn't finish my purchase! Even though it was supposed to end at 10:00 PM, the campaign unexpectedly finished at 9:55 PM, and an error message appeared. I couldn't confirm my cart, which is really disappointing.
I have solid proof of this problem (screenshots or timestamps) and I'm ready to send it to Gratis customer service. I still want to take advantage of the lower prices on the items I planned to buy. Can Gratis kindly look into this situation and offer a solution?
