Gratis Online Store Pickup Order Still Not Ready After Days
On 11.11.2025, I placed my order numbered “pr26266883” through Gratis Online and chose the option to pick it up from the store. However, even after 5 days, I received no updates about my order—only the initial “order received” message. I couldn’t get any information from the store either, and my items still have not been delivered.

Yes, when the complaint was published, it was shipped and prepared, but it hasn't reached the store for 2 days, so it wasn't really helpful. It's been in the transfer stage for days. Honestly, the only thing I don't like about Gratis is the delivery times.
