Gratis Order Stuck in "Preparing Your Order" Stage

On March 1st, I made purchases through the Gratis app, with order numbers pr02237340 and pr02230933. Today is the 7th, almost the 8th now, and despite it being past the expected delivery date, both orders are still stuck at the "preparing your order" stage. I keep running into this problem with the branch where I made the order. They don't seem to care or try to fix it. I need this problem fixed right away. The branch is located at the Gratis store on Seval Street in Ankara.
