Gratis Order Nowhere to Be Found!! They Aren't Giving Refund Still

I placed an order on July 6th, and it seems to have taken quite the journey without my involvement. I've contacted customer service numerous times, and they consistently provide vague and unhelpful information. One representative even ended the call abruptly! Can you believe it? It seems as though my order is being treated like a game of hide-and-seek, and I'm the only one not enjoying it. I've requested a refund, but it's proving to be quite challenging. I'm getting frustrated with the constant reassurances that my order is "in the system." It feels like my order has mysteriously vanished in the Bermuda Triangle of shipping. Gratis, you seem to be struggling with this one.
