I placed an order (number pr25377818) on Gratis's website on October 18, 2025, purchasing L'Oreal Paris Kimi Blush Liquid Blusher number 627 and Beaulis Drip It Lip Oil number 584, with delivery requested to the store. Although 10 days have passed since I made the payment of ₺330 by credit card, my order still has not arrived at the store. I have experienced such delays before and now expect my store-bound orders to be delivered on time.
