Gratis In-Store Pickup Order Delayed With No Clear Delivery Date
On January 6, I placed an online order from Gratis for in-store pickup and paid a total of $13. My order number is PR27873854, and I selected the Istanbul Ümraniye Alemdağ store as the pickup location. Even though three days have passed since I placed the order, my items have still not been delivered to the store.
I contacted customer service regarding this delay, and I was told that it was due to high order volume, but I was not given any clear information about when I would be able to pick up my order. I request that my order be delivered to the Istanbul Ümraniye Alemdağ store as soon as possible and that the delivery process be urgently expedited due to this delay.
