Gratis Delayed My Order for Weeks and I Can't Track It or Get Any Updates

I placed my order PR17190149 on Gratis online on September 23. Despite a long time passing, my order remained in the "received" stage. On September 28, I wrote a complaint on https://www.sikayetvar.com/, and a day later, they responded and supposedly shipped my order 2-3 days later. Allegedly, my order was shipped on October 2, but I can't track my package using the tracking number they provided. I haven't received any SMS from the shipping company, nor is there any record of my shipment. I’ve contacted customer service twice, and on the second call, I filed a request, but it's been 3 days with no response. They said they would get back to me, but there's been no communication. Their app is very subpar; there's not even a proper system to track requests. You can’t file a request without calling customer service. We're wasting nearly a month just for a simple order. I could’ve shopped in-store, but I live in a small town where they don’t have any stores. Long story short, if my package decides to arrive on its own and I happen to be at the address, I might receive it. Oh, and the shipping company is so obscure that there’s no branch in my town. If it arrives and I miss it, I'll have to wait for the next delivery attempt, if that even happens. Really disappointing.
