I Face GrandPashaBet Scamming Players With Fake Maxwin Jackpot Rules

I’ve been experiencing serious issues with GrandPashaBet for quite some time. Over the past two days, the live support button has completely disappeared, and despite submitting ten “call me” requests, I have not received a single response. Even though I’m a Platinum member, I’ve faced problems before — such as my balance being deleted — but I didn’t raise a complaint then, choosing instead to trust the site and continue playing. Unfortunately, similar issues have happened again.

I also recommended this site to a friend, but they were also wronged. My friend won a large amount on the second day, but the site classified it as a “maxwin Jackpot” and imposed a 100x wagering requirement. Even after meeting that condition, my friend never received their winnings, and their balance was eventually reset to zero. Likewise, I have tried many times to contact the site, but while they used to be reachable by phone, there is now no way to contact anyone, and we’ve been blocked on every channel.

In total, I have suffered major financial losses of ₺80,000, ₺60,000, and ₺110,000. My user ID is 2013549. GrandPashaBet’s decision to cut off communication channels, ignore its players, and impose unfair wagering rules has completely destroyed my trust in the platform. I’m filing this complaint to warn others not to fall victim, and I request an official explanation and compensation for my losses.
