GrandPashaBet Refuses My Withdrawal Claiming Bonus Rules

On September 4, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺9,222 from my GrandPashaBet account under the username m*. The withdrawal was supposed to be transferred to my Akbank account via bank transfer. However, I was unable to withdraw either my initial deposit or my winnings.

When I contacted customer service, they told me that my funds were being withheld due to “Bonus rules.” This makes no sense because I did not use any bonus, and my request was simply to withdraw my own deposited funds along with the balance I had earned. Despite this, GrandPashaBet is holding my money without justification.

I should also note that a friend of mine previously had the same issue with this site, where his funds were also denied under similar excuses. My account has no block, restriction, or pending verification request—yet my withdrawal was rejected outright.

I demand that GrandPashaBet immediately release both my deposited funds and my winnings. It is unacceptable for a betting platform to withhold a customer’s own money under false pretenses.
