Instagram Account Locked Due To Lost Phone - Unable To Receive Reset Code

I haven’t been able to access my Instagram account for about a week. My old phone broke, so I bought a new one and tried to log in to my Instagram account from the new device. My username is “abdulkadir88***,” but since I forgot my password, I tried to reset it. The password reset code is being sent to the phone number linked to my account, but that number was only registered on my broken phone, and I no longer have access to it. Because of this, I can’t receive the code, reset my password, or log into my account at all. I’m asking Instagram to help me regain access to my account through a method other than my phone number—such as an alternative verification step or another solution—so that I can recover my account.
