Order 1058-898-360 I purchased a Swiss Air flight ticket through Gotogate in June 2025 for travel on 30.12.2025 on the Cairo–London route, with a total cost of approximately 1000. Due to a bereavement, the flight had to be cancelled, and I therefore requested a refund from Gotogate. As part of this request, I provided proof of family connection for all affected family members and also submitted the death certificate. I contacted Gotogate by email and was informed that my refund request is being processed. However, despite this response, I have still not received any refund or clear update, and a significant amount of time has passed since my initial request. Given that the flight could not be taken due to bereavement and the ticket was cancelled, and that all requested documentation has been supplied, I expect Gotogate to process and pay the full refund for this flight ticket without any further delay and to provide clear confirmation once the refund has been completed.
