Gotogate added baggage I didn’t select, how can I remove it or get refunded?

If Gotogate added baggage you didn’t select and you want it removed or refunded;

Check your booking details;

• Log in to Gotogate → My trips
• Look at your fare inclusions
• Check if baggage appears in the fare breakdown
• Find any receipt / ticket PDF showing baggage charges

Confirm with the airline;

• Contact the airline with your booking reference
• Ask them to confirm:
– What baggage is actually ticketed
– If baggage was added on Gotogate’s side only
• Save the airline’s response (screenshot/email)

Contact Gotogate Support right away;

• Say:
– You did not select paid baggage
– It was added incorrectly
• Provide:
– Booking ref
– Screenshot showing unwanted baggage charge
– Airline response (if available)

Ask them to;

• Remove the baggage from your booking
• Refund the baggage fee to your card
• Send an updated itinerary/ticket without baggage

If they refuse or ignore;

File your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
