Without my knowledge or consent, ₺49.99 was withdrawn from my Garanti BBVA account by Lidio GO in both September and October, even though I never applied for or started any subscription with this service. I only noticed this issue recently, and I have never signed up for Lidio GO or authorized any such transaction.
So far, I haven’t contacted either Lidio GO or my bank about this matter. I request that all unauthorized transactions be canceled and that the amounts withdrawn be refunded to my account immediately.
