Recently, I noticed that ₺169.99 was withdrawn from my Garanti BBVA Bonus Flash card without my permission by LIDIO/Google Play. This unauthorized transaction is very concerning, and I believe it points to a potential security issue at Garanti BBVA. I immediately contacted customer service to report this and am now demanding a full refund and an explanation of how this could have happened. I will be lowering my credit card limit as a precaution. This situation has left me feeling anxious about the security of my banking details.
