Since October 7, 2025, I’ve been unable to make any payments in the game Tower Var through Google Play. Each time I try, I get the following error message:
“This transaction cannot be completed. Please resolve issues with your payment profile and try again.”
Even though my credit card has sufficient balance, the transaction fails completely, and no charge is made. I have already re-entered my card details and updated the app, but the problem still persists. I have not yet contacted Google Play customer service regarding this issue. I request that the payment issue in the Tower Var game be resolved and that I be able to complete in-game purchases without errors.
