Clash of Clans Purchase Error “Not Allowed” on Supercell Store Despite High Spending
On September 17, 2025, while playing Clash of Clans, I attempted to purchase a special offer through the Supercell Store, but I received an error message stating “You are not allowed to make this purchase”, which prevented me from completing the transaction. I have experienced similar issues in the past, and every time I contacted customer support, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses that felt like mockery. As a player who spends between ₺10,000 and ₺20,000 per month, I find it unacceptable to be shown purchasable offers that I cannot actually buy, and then be treated with such indifference by support. No payment was deducted from my account during this failed attempt, but the ongoing problem severely impacts my experience. I expect Supercell to ensure that my purchases go through without errors, issue a formal apology for the lack of support, and provide a suitable compensation for the repeated inconvenience.
