I Need a Refund from Konami for an Unauthorized eFootball Purchase Made by My Brother

Dear Konami, I’m requesting a refund for a purchase that was made without my knowledge or consent. On April 17, 2025, my brother used my account to buy eFootball coins during a MyClub discount event—without telling me. I was completely unaware of the transaction until after the money was already withdrawn.
As someone who plays eFootball regularly and respects the game, I never expected to be put in this kind of situation. I’m currently in a difficult financial position and already dealing with significant debt. This unauthorized purchase has left me even more distressed, and I simply can’t afford to lose that money right now.
Please understand that this was not a voluntary transaction on my part. My brother made a mistake, and I’m the one left to deal with the consequences. I’m asking you to process a full refund for this purchase and help me recover what was unfairly taken.
