Google Play Redemption Error Blocks Free Fire In-Game Purchase

I purchased a gift card/event code for the game Free Fire through Google Play for approximately $7. However, when I try to redeem the code in the game, the system displays a message saying, “We need more information to redeem your gift card,” and the code does not work at all.
Even though I have tried entering the code multiple times, I keep receiving the same error, and despite paying for it, I am unable to use the product I purchased. This situation has caused me frustration, and I cannot make any in-game purchases.
I am requesting that my issue be reviewed and that either the code be made functional or that I receive a full refund of the amount I paid. I kindly ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
