My Free Fire 8-Year Account Wrongfully Banned—Requesting Recovery

In the game “Garena Free Fire,” which I play through Google Play, my 8-year-old account—into which I have invested a significant amount of money—is repeatedly being suspended. Recently, my account was given a one-week ban, and after the ban expired and I logged back in, I received another message saying that my account had been suspended again. I can no longer access my account at all.
Despite writing multiple times through the in-game support system and Google Play, I have not received any response. I was not informed of the reason for the suspension, and my issue remains unresolved. My account ID is 12940624***. Being cut off from an account I have spent years building and invested heavily in, without any explanation, has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that my account be restored immediately and that all restrictions be removed. If my account is not going to be reopened under any circumstances, then I demand a full refund of all payments I have made to this account over the past eight years.
