On April 5, 2025, I purchased a Google Play gift code worth ₺300 from a BİM store. The code was sent to me via text message. However, when I tried to redeem it on Google Play several times, I kept receiving the following error message:
“We need more information before you can use your gift card.”
As a result, I was unable to use the code.
So far, I have not contacted either the BİM store or Google Play customer service about the issue. I still have the code and the original text message, and I can provide a screenshot as proof if needed.
I request that the purchased code be renewed or replaced and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
