Global Blue Tax Refund Not Credited After Two Months
On January 2, 2026, I made a purchase at the New Balance store in Eindhoven, Netherlands, and completed a tax-free refund process through Global Blue. Our passports were scanned at the airport, our tax-free form was approved, and all procedures were fully completed. However, even though nearly two months have passed, the tax refund has still not been credited to my Garanti Bank card. During this time, I have not received any notification, email, or response from either Global Blue or New Balance. The customer reference number associated with my transaction in the Global Blue system is 999012224602. Despite fulfilling all required conditions, I am experiencing hardship due to the delay in receiving my refund. I request that my tax-free refund be credited to my Garanti Bank card as soon as possible and that I be provided with written information regarding the status of the process.
