Gleeden Does Not Allow Permanent Account Deletion, Only Freezing
On the Gleeden website, there is no option to permanently delete an account. The only option provided is to freeze the account, and they even state that they will continue sending messages from time to time.
I do not accept this. I do not want to receive any messages, nor do I want my personal data or account information to remain on their system.
Like many other platforms, Gleeden should provide a clear “Delete Account” option so users can permanently remove their accounts if they wish. Freezing an account is not enough — I want my account and data to be completely erased.
I request that Gleeden immediately add a permanent account deletion feature and respect user privacy.
