I have been unable to log into my Lovoda account on my iPhone for about 2 months. I want to delete my account, but I forgot the Gmail address linked to it, which prevents me from signing in. When I try to log out or exit from the app, nothing happens—the screen freezes and the process never completes.
The bigger issue is that Lovoda has no customer support or help center, so I have no way to resolve this problem on my own. My account does not have any payment or active subscription attached, but my username is “canbey😎”.
I request that my account be permanently deleted and that all my personal data be removed from your system. I also ask that this ongoing login and logout error be fixed so that other users don’t face the same issue.
