Paid Extra for Getir Delivery, But My Food Arrived Cold After Multiple Stops
I placed an order through Getir and even paid for priority delivery, yet my food arrived cold after being delivered to other locations first. Why am I paying extra if my food isn’t delivered fresh and on time? To make matters worse, customer service offered no help whatsoever. This experience is beyond frustrating, and I will be filing complaints about this company everywhere. I’m done with this service—deleting the app immediately!
