My Getir Order Stuck in Prep for 78 Minutes

I'm having serious issues with the Getir app. My order has been stuck in the preparation stage for 78 minutes now. When I try to cancel, the button is disabled and gives an error. Attempts to contact live support also result in errors. How can a service be this subpar? I'll never shop through this app again. Getir is a prime example of how a paying customer can be left high and dry. This whole experience has been nothing but regret from start to finish!
