I Cannot Access My Account - No One Helps Me!

I feel completely drained and bewildered after the situation with my Getir account. I was unexpectedly logged out, and since that moment, I haven't been able to access my account whatsoever. Out of nowhere, I faced a complete block—no warning, no email, no message at all. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but I haven’t received any meaningful assistance or clarification. I’ve consistently used the app in a responsible manner and adhered to all the rules, so I’m puzzled as to why this occurred. It has been quite a frustrating experience, particularly because I depend on Getir frequently and now I'm in a situation with no clarity. I would like to understand the reason behind the closure of my account and request its reinstatement so I can use the service again without any further complications.
