Hornet Suspended My Account for 30 Days Without Any Reason or Support

My Hornet account has been suspended for over 30 days, and I still have no idea why. I was never informed about the reason, never received a warning, and there was absolutely no communication from the platform explaining what happened. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but no one is helping me or responding with any useful information.

This is extremely frustrating. I’ve contacted Hornet support, and even though I sent a message recently, I received no reply and no resolution. I’ve been completely left in the dark—I don’t know who suspended my account, when it was done exactly, or for what reason.

I’ve done nothing wrong to justify this treatment, and it’s unacceptable for a platform to restrict a user’s account without clear communication or an appeals process.

Hornet, I’m asking you to review my case immediately and lift the suspension. If there is a valid reason, then provide evidence and let me respond. But leaving me locked out of my account without explanation for a full month is unacceptable. Please resolve this now and reactivate my account.
