Getir Canceled My Order Due to Incorrect Location and Refused to Refund

My address was accurate when I used Getir to make a recent purchase, yet the app displayed the wrong location. Consequently, they notified me that they wouldn't be refunding my payment and canceled the order. In this case, I feel as though I have been treated unfairly. I've used Getir many times before without a hitch, but this whole ordeal has convinced me to never use the program again. Their unwavering commitment to their loyal clientele has been truly disheartening. Because of the unprofessional treatment I received from customer service and the subsequent cancellation of a purchase that was not my fault, I am unable to endorse Getir at this time.
