I bought a dress from Gesmoda, and it didn’t fit me—the sizing runs very small. Even if I ordered a larger size, it wouldn’t solve the problem, so I wanted to return it. I contacted customer service, and instead of offering a refund, they told me that if I send the item back within 3 days, they can only do an exchange.
They mostly sell eveningwear, but the item I purchased was for everyday use. If there were another item I liked, I would have bought it together already. I just want my issue resolved.
