Gesmoda Refused My Refund After Sending the Wrong Dress

Hello, I bought an evening dress from an online store called Gesmoda, and the product did not arrive as I expected. I wanted to return it, but they kept insisting that they could only offer an exchange. They refuse to give me a refund. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Rights to get my money back.
