Gesmoda Sends Wrong Fabric, Refuses Refund on Misrepresented Evening Dress

I purchased an evening dress from the online store of a brand called Gesmoda. The product description on their website stated that the dress was made of crepe fabric. I checked all the details and placed my order based on that information. However, the item I received was not crepe fabric, and the quality was extremely poor. I returned the dress and informed them that their website description was misleading. I also requested a refund.
Instead of acknowledging the incorrect product information, they told me they cannot issue refunds for evening dresses, which is an unreasonable excuse. They said they could only offer an exchange, even though I returned the item within two days of receiving it. They ignored all of my questions and objections, dismissing everything I said.
While shopping on their website, I noticed that the Distance Sales Agreement is available, which clearly states that the consumer has the right to return products. Despite this, they are refusing to process my refund.
