I Want To Cancel Subscription From GeoZilla
I had installed and used the GeoZilla application on my Android (Samsung) phone, believing I was starting a free trial. I did not clearly agree to ongoing paid charges, and I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription. Despite this, several amounts have been deducted from my account in USD without my clear consent. On February 24, 2026, there were three separate charges of 2.99 USD, 2.99 USD, and 8.99 USD. Then, on February 27, 2026, another 39.99 USD was deducted from my account. Altogether, these recurring payments have been taken even though I only wanted to try the application, and I no longer wish to use it or be charged for it. I would like GeoZilla to immediately cancel any active subscription or paid plan associated with my account so that no further charges are deducted. In addition, I kindly request a full refund of all the amounts that have been charged to me in USD in connection with this unwanted subscription, including the 2.99 USD, 2.99 USD, 8.99 USD, and 39.99 USD payments mentioned above. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my subscription be cancelled and my payment(s) refunded as soon as possible.
I am thankful for this app. I wasn’t sure if it would work or not, but it helped me file a complaint.
