GeoZilla keeps charging me after cancellation, how can I stop unwanted charges?

If GeoZilla keeps charging you after cancellation and you want to stop unwanted charges;

Check your subscription status first;

• Open GeoZilla → Profile / Account → Subscriptions
• Confirm:
– Plan status (Active / Canceled / Expired)
– Auto-renew setting
– Next billing date
• Screenshot subscription page

Check where you subscribed;

• If subscribed via App Store (iOS):
– Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
– Find GeoZilla → Confirm it’s canceled
• If via Google Play (Android):
– Open Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Confirm GeoZilla is canceled
• Screenshot the subscription status

Check payment history;

• Review your bank/card statement
• Note:
– Charge amount
– Date
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the charges

Turn off auto-renew (again);

• In GeoZilla app/website → Subscription → Turn off auto-renew
• Recheck cancellation status in App Store / Play Store

Contact GeoZilla Support;

• Explain you canceled but are still being charged
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (subscription + bank + cancellation)

• Ask them to:
– Confirm your subscription is canceled
– Refund the unwanted charges
– Provide written cancellation confirmation

If they don’t resolve it;

Consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
