As of today, I cannot access any games while using GeForce Now on my Windows computer. When I open the app and try to connect to a game, it stays stuck on the “connecting” screen and the game never starts. I am using the 6-month Performance membership, but the same issue occurs with every game.
Because of this connection problem, I am unable to use the service at all. On top of that, there is no customer service or live support channel I can reach, so I have no way to report the issue properly.
I request that this technical problem with my GeForce Now account be investigated as soon as possible and that the “connecting” screen issue be permanently fixed.
