I Bought GeForce NOW Performance Package but Games Won’t Load

On May 27, 2025, around 2:30 PM, I purchased the GeForce NOW Performance Package powered by GAME+. However, whenever I try to launch any game, the app gets stuck on the “Connecting” screen. My internet and all other network requirements are working perfectly, but I still can’t access any games. This issue is extremely frustrating because I paid for a service that I can’t even use. I demand a prompt resolution to this problem so I can finally enjoy the games I paid for. GeForce NOW support, please fix this connection issue immediately or provide a full refund if you cannot resolve it.

Today is the 3rd day. When do you estimate the problem will be solved? I hope it won't be left until the package expires.

My problem was not solved, they just said it's device-related and moved on. They keep saying if you do this or that, it will work, or try it on another device. If I was going to try it on another device, why would I buy this package? I would have bought a device that doesn't need this.
