GeForce Now Purchase Fails: ‘Contact Your Bank’ Error”

While trying to purchase the 6-month GeForce Now package, I repeatedly received the error message: “An error occurred. Please contact your bank or try again with a different bank card.” I tried completing the payment many times today using my İş Bank debit card through a browser, but the transaction never went through, and no charge or authorization appears on my card.

Since there is no issue on my bank’s side and the transaction on your site never completes, I cannot start my subscription. I request that my payment be processed without problems, that my 6-month package be activated, and that this payment error be checked and permanently resolved on your end.
