False Advertising by GeForce Now and a Lack of Support by Gameplus
Two days ago, I purchased a 3-month subscription of GeForce Now, expecting a platform where I could smoothly play games at the highest settings. However, it seems like I was mistaken. While playing Cyberpunk 2077, even on medium settings, my FPS drops as low as 45 in the crowded city areas. My internet speed is 250 Mbps, and I have set the bitrate to the highest possible. Despite the machine description and their advertisements claiming that I can play with RTX enabled, I have yet to experience any frame rates above 10 FPS when I enable RTX. The overall performance is extremely poor, and I can't find anyone to contact or a live support representative who can help resolve my issue. As a last resort, I'm reaching out here, hoping to have my grievances addressed and my problem resolved.
