GCash Unauthorized ₱699 Charge From Hong Kong VCreation Cloud

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction made from my GCash wallet on October 8, 2026 at around 4:02 AM. An amount of 699 PHP was deducted with reference number 558504210 for a payment to Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited, even though I did not authorize or recognize this transaction and nothing unusual happened on my side before it occurred. On October 8, 2026, I contacted GCash support about this issue and was informed that I should request a refund through this channel. I have a screenshot that clearly shows the 699 PHP transaction details to this merchant. I kindly request a full refund of the 699 PHP that was taken without my authorization and a thorough review of my account and this merchant to prevent similar incidents in the future. I expect this unauthorized transaction to be investigated and reversed as soon as possible.
