Unauthorized Transaction Of Gcash

I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction from my GCash account to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. On October 16, 2026, at around 2:06 PM, an amount of 699 was transferred from my GCash account to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED without my knowledge or consent. I did not initiate, authorize, or receive any service or product in return for this payment. I only discovered the transaction when I checked my GCash transaction history. I reside in Alangalang, Leyte, Philippines, and my GCash account is registered in the Philippines. After seeing this unauthorized transaction, I immediately contacted GCash support. However, I was informed that they could not do anything about it and that I should contact the merchant directly, even though I never knowingly dealt with this company. I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated urgently and that the amount of 699 be refunded to my GCash account. I also ask for information on how my details were used for this payment and for measures to be taken so that similar unauthorized charges do not happen to me again.
