Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited P699 Deduction
On October 3, 2026 at around 7:03 AM, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash account for a transaction under the name “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited.” This was a totally unauthorized charge, as I did not make, approve, or knowingly participate in any transaction with this merchant. I immediately contacted GCash support to report that this was an unauthorized deduction. However, I was told that they could not process a refund because the transaction was marked as “successful” and that I should instead contact the merchant. I find this unacceptable because the core issue is that the transaction is unauthorized and I did not consent to it, regardless of its technical status in the system. I am requesting that this unauthorized charge of ₱699 be fully refunded to my GCash account and that an investigation be conducted into this transaction under the merchant name “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited,” so that similar incidents do not happen again.
