I would like to file a complaint regarding a wrong payment of ₱699 that was deducted from my GCash account to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” on September 10, 2026 at around 8:02 PM. I did not intend to make this transaction and it appears to have been made by mistake when I pressed something in the app. I am requesting assistance to cancel or reverse this incorrect transaction and to have the ₱699 refunded to my GCash wallet. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction details as proof of the deduction. I kindly ask you to review this case and help me recover the amount as soon as possible.
