Refund My Money

I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made to my GCash account involving both GCash and Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited. On October 27, 2026, an amount of ₱699.00 was deducted from my GCash account under the name “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” without my permission. I did not authorize this transaction, did not agree to any subscription, and did not knowingly register on any platform belonging to this company. The screenshot of my transaction history shows a payment of ₱699.00 dated October 27, 2026 to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” which was processed without my consent. I only noticed this unauthorized debit today. My GCash-registered name is Baron S*** and my mobile number is 09565207***. There is no valid reason for this amount to be charged to my account, and I consider this an unauthorized and unjustified transaction. I request that the amount of ₱699.00 be fully refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible and that Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited be permanently blocked from charging my account again in the future. I also request written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the merchant has been blocked from making any further debits. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
